This project encompassed full site establishment, bulk earthworks, and the construction of critical water treatment infrastructure. Initial works included clearing vegetation, topsoil stripping, and managing bulk cut and fill operations to prepare the site for development.

Detailed foundation preparation was completed for a 180m² treatment shed, involving excavation to 600mm depth, handling 340m³ of material, and placing 180m³ of reinforced concrete with in-slab ducting, drainage, and waterproofing. Over 3000m of 225mm PE pressure pipeline (PN12.5–PN25) was installed across challenging terrain, requiring precise planning and execution.

The scope also included the installation of four 30,000L polyethylene tanks and a 30,000L concrete tank configured as a recycled water pump station. Supporting structures comprised a reinforced concrete block pump shed with a removable roof and a timber and iron compressor shed.

Custom stainless-steel pipework rated to 25 Bar was fabricated and installed, alongside all valves, bends, and backflow systems. Additional works included raising well casings, installing control and drainage infrastructure, and completing final site finishes such as hardstand areas, chemical separation walls, and equipment pads - ensuring a high-quality, fully integrated outcome ready for commissioning.
