This project involved the delivery of extensive civil construction and infrastructure upgrades within an active operational site. Works included the safe demolition and removal of four 50,000L concrete storage tanks and the full refurbishment of an existing concrete block building with new cladding and roofing to meet current standards.

Key installations comprised new treatment infrastructure, including dual water pumps with custom-fabricated PE and stainless steel pipework, three Evoqua UV units, and all associated valves, flow meters, and control systems. The team also constructed two new well headworks, installed over 1.5km of PE pipelines, and completed 1400m of power and communications ducting.

Supporting works covered the construction of concrete chambers, sump and soak pit systems, bulk earthworks around two 1.5ML steel reservoir tanks, and installation of a new generator slab. Comprehensive project management ensured safe delivery, efficient sequencing, and full commissioning readiness.
