Coolpak Coldstores

Chinnery Construction delivered the civil infrastructure works for the Coolpak Coldstores development, completing the preparation and installation of the stormwater network, wastewater and potable water services, and the fire main.

The project also included combined service trenching, civil foundation preparation, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, ground testing, and construction of a civil haul road.

Our team worked closely with other contractors throughout the project to ensure works were completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining programme requirements.
