43below Ltd was established by director Paul Durkin upon his return from Europe, in 2003. Paul is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and a Registered NZ surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience. He holds an annual practicing certificate, and is a member of the Institute of Cadastral Surveying, Survey and Spatial and The Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand.
