Factory Rd Storage Units

Chinnery Construction was subcontracted to NorWest Contracting to deliver civil servicing works for a 20-unit storage facility development. The scope included the installation of stormwater, wastewater, and water reticulation infrastructure across the site, along with combined services trenching to accommodate power and communications ducting within shared service corridors.

As part of the works, Chinnery Construction installed a two-part oil and grit separator, an E1 pressure sewer tank, and a 360 stormwater treatment device to ensure appropriate treatment and management of site runoff and wastewater flows. All works were carefully coordinated to achieve efficient integration of underground services, while maintaining compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.

The project was delivered with a focus on quality installation, service coordination, and providing a fully functional and compliant infrastructure outcome for the development.
