Chinnery Construction was engaged as a subcontractor to deliver a range of civil infrastructure works supporting the broader development. The scope included the installation of wastewater (WW) main laterals and manholes, stormwater (SW) mains and manholes, and associated watermain and submain services. All works were completed in accordance with relevant standards and project specifications, ensuring reliable and compliant utility infrastructure.

The project also involved careful management of site levels, survey control, and set-out to achieve accurate installation and correct service alignments. In addition, Chinnery Construction undertook all required bulk and detailed earthworks to support the installation of underground services and ensure suitable ground conditions for construction.

Works were delivered with a focus on quality, coordination with other contractors on site, and maintaining safe and efficient work practices throughout the duration of the project.
